At Asyanna, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience with clear and transparent shipping information. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, tracking, and important information about customs/VAT for international deliveries.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.asyanna.com.


1) Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected countries, including countries in the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA). Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not available, please contact us at info@asyanna.com.


2) Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking details where available.


3) Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and peak periods.

EU/EEA Delivery (Standard)

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping cost: shown at checkout (and may be free above a certain order value, where displayed)

Express Delivery (Where Available)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping cost: shown at checkout

Other International Destinations

Delivery times and costs vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.


4) Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on your delivery location and the shipping method you choose. All shipping costs (including any free-shipping thresholds) are displayed at checkout before you complete payment.


5) Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned or lost as a result, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.


6) Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will email you a tracking number after dispatch. You can track your order via the carrier’s tracking page. If you have any questions about tracking, contact info@asyanna.com.


7) Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occur due to events outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak seasons).

If your order is delayed

  • Please first check your tracking link.

  • If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@asyanna.com and we will assist you.

If your order is lost

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier (or shows no movement for an extended period), we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and the circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged

Please contact us at info@asyanna.com as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of:

  • the damaged item(s), and

  • the packaging (including the shipping label if possible)

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).


8) Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for EU/International Orders)

Because we are a Hong Kong–registered business and may ship internationally, customs duties, import VAT, handling fees, or other charges may apply depending on your destination and local regulations.

  • These charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.

  • Any such fees are determined by local authorities and may be collected by the carrier or customs office.

  • Customers are responsible for these charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure about potential import charges.


9) Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@asyanna.com.

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to assist.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
