Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Asyanna. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1) 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in its original packaging (and with tags where applicable)

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info@asyanna.com with:

your order number, and
-
the item(s) you want to return, and
-
the reason for the return (optional but helpful)
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Instructions & Label
If your return is accepted, we will provide:
-
return instructions, and
-
a return shipping label or return address details (depending on your location and the return reason)
Return shipping costs:
-
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund or may be your responsibility (we will confirm this by email before you return the item).
2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@asyanna.com within a reasonable time after delivery and include photos where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution).
3) Items Excluded from Returns
The following items are non-returnable, except where they are faulty or where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalised products

Personal care and hygiene items once opened or unsealed (e.g., opened beauty/cosmetic products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Sale items marked final sale

4) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to:

request a return for the original item, and
-
place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
5) EU/EEA Consumers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA), you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receives the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, email us at info@asyanna.com with:
-
your order number, and
-
a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Return deadline after withdrawal
You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
Important exceptions (EU/EEA)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items, including:
-
sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened cosmetics), and
-
other exemptions allowed by applicable law.
Refunds under the EU right of withdrawal
If your withdrawal is accepted, we will reimburse you:
-
the product price, and
-
(where required by EU consumer law) the cost of standard outbound delivery
Refunds will be made within 14 days of:
-
receiving the returned goods, or
-
receiving proof that you have returned the goods (whichever is earlier),
using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
6) Refunds (General Processing)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it is approved.
If approved:
-
your refund will be issued to the original payment method
-
refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval
-
your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund
